Scanner Evolution

Autonomous self-evolving scanner ecosystem. The bot proposes new scanners, validates them in shadow, graduates the winners, and retires failures — all on its own.

This is the closed-loop self-evolution engine. Cadence controls how often the bot runs an evolution cycle on its own. The killswitch is the master cut-off — when disabled, autonomous proposals never fire (manual triggers still work but abort immediately). New scanners enter at SHADOW stage (no real trades) until they prove edge over a 10-trial synthetic backtest, then graduate through PROVISIONAL → ACTIVE_FULL.
