Privacy Policy

Only what the service needs to work: your sign-in details, any brokerage API keys you choose to connect, the content you create or send us, basic usage and device information, and your subscription status. Your password is stored only as a secure hash, brokerage keys are encrypted at rest and used solely on your own account, and full card numbers never reach us.

To operate and secure the service, send essential account email, prevent abuse, bill paid features, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use your data to give you personalised investment advice — EdgeProven is an analytical tool and every decision is yours — and we do not sell your personal information.

Only service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and only the minimum each one needs: brokerage connectivity, AI analysis, market data, email delivery, hosting, and payments. We do not share your data with advertisers, and we do not run advertising.

One essential first-party session cookie, to keep you signed in and protect your account. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking; our analytics are cookie-free.

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted (or anonymized) on request or a reasonable period after closure. Usage-analytics records are retained for about 90 days and then deleted automatically. Encrypted broker credentials are deleted when you disconnect the broker or close your account.

You can view and update your account in Settings, change your password, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@edgeproven.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (e.g. under GDPR/CCPA); we honor applicable requests. Transactional emails are essential to the service; any future marketing emails will include a one-click unsubscribe.

We hash passwords, encrypt broker credentials at rest, authenticate our sending domain, scope every query to the requesting account, and bound abuse with rate limits. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach affecting you as required by law.

EdgeProven is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate from the United States; using the service means your data may be processed there. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required for cross-border transfers.

We may update this policy; we will change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
